WLC Fall Conference

  • Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel 7000 Bluebonnet Boulevard Baton Rouge, LA, 70810 United States (map)

Our 2017 Women’s Fall Conference will be meeting at the Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel (7000 Bluebonnet Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70810; Phone 225.215.7000). Registration will begin at 12:00 pm on Friday, October 20 and we will conclude after our guest speaker on Saturday the 21. A tentative agenda is linked below.

On Friday afternoon, we will tour LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens & Rural Life Museum where we will enjoy a hayride, tour and dinner. Burden Museum and Gardens offers 440 acres of green space located in the heart of Baton Rouge and consists of the LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens, Windrush Gardens and the Rural Life Museum.

Saturday morning we will have a dynamic guest speaker discussing trending and relevant agriculture topics.

Rates for this conference are $240 (single occupancy) and $170 (double, triple, quadruple occupancy). This fee includes lodging, transportation, tours, and meals. THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 6! Registration for this event, and future events, will now be done online. You may register attendees for your parish at https://wlcfallconference17.eventbrite.com. In order to prevent incurring fees, we have listed the event as free. You will notice that single and multiple occupancy costs are listed separately within that section. Therefore, you will not process payment via Eventbrite registration and instead send payment to the State Office just as it has been done in the past.

Please refer to the attached registration form for further information.

If you need additional information, please contact Megan Gravois (225.922.6213, megang@lfbf.org). Please extend this invitation to all interested women in your parish. We look forward to seeing old friends and hopefully, making new ones in October!
