Dry Prong AITC Workshop

  • Rue22 Restaurant 183 LaRue 22 Dry Prong, LA, 71423 United States (map)

Pre-K through 12th grade teachers, grow your curriculum with Louisiana Ag in the Classroom. Sow seeds of curiosity and understanding of our food, fiber and fuel systems among your students. Attend one of our FREE Ag in the Classroom (AITC) Workshops this fall to learn how you can plant an appreciation for agriculture in the next generation.

Our workshops provide educators with training and resources to integrate agriculture into existing curriculum. New resources, ideas, lesson plans and hands-on activities aligned to Louisiana State Standards are shared at our comprehensive workshops. Educators also have a chance to win prizes!

Certificates for Continuing Learning Units (CLUs) are provided; however, AITC cannot guarantee that local education agencies or other organizations will accept these CLUs for credit.

Preregistration is required. Workshops will begin with a meal at 4 p.m. and end at approximately 6:30 p.m.
Please complete a form for each teacher attending. Registration Deadline: September 4
