For your information, EPA and the CORPS have scheduled 3 virtual public hearings on the proposed rule defining the scope of waters protected under the Clean Water Act. 

The virtual hearings will convene on:

1. Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Eastern Time;

2. Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time; and

3. Tuesday, January 18, 2022 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
