The Women’s Leadership Committee is excited to host another Louisiana Farm Bureau Federation WLC Conference open to all volunteer leaders! Join us in Southeast Louisiana for two days of tours, great speakers, and meals to bring together volunteer leaders from across the state of Louisiana.
In years past, the Louisiana Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership Committee has gathered lap blankets, cotton t-shirts and socks, toiletries, coffee and supplies, and even wreaths to give to residents of the five veteran’s homes and one veteran’s hospital across the state of Louisiana.

AFBF is excited to announce that Jacksonville, Florida will be the location of the 2023 Farm Bureau FUSION Conference. The conference will be held March 3-6, 2023. The conference will bring together members of the Promotion & Education, Women’s Leadership and Young Farmers & Ranchers programs. AFBF has secured a hotel room rate of $175.00 per night plus tax. WLC state committee members and contest chairs only
The Women’s Leadership Committee is excited to host another Louisiana Farm Bureau Federation WLC Conference open to all volunteer leaders! Join us March 25-26, 2022 in Acadiana for two days of tours, great speakers, and meals to bring together volunteer leaders from across the state of Louisiana. We hope to provide value to our members with agricultural education, fellowship, and learning sessions.
The American Farm Bureau Federation will host two sessions of Women’s Communications Boot Camp in Washington, D.C. in 2022. The spring 2022 Boot Camp will be held March 22-25 and the fall Boot Camp will be held in November 2022. To date, 223 women have graduated from this intensive training that is open to all female members interested in building skills needed to communicate about agriculture and for Farm Bureau.
In years past, the Louisiana Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership Committee has gathered lap blankets, cotton t-shirts and socks, toiletries, coffee and supplies, and even wreaths to give to residents of the five veteran’s homes and one veteran’s hospital across the state of Louisiana. Due to Covid-19, home visits will not be scheduled; however, with help from the parish women’s committees, we have decided to host donations for the twelfth consecutive year at each of the Louisiana facilities.
